A statist is an anarchist in sheep's clothing, because they both use force to get their own way.

You seem to overlook that democracy properly applied requires consent, but also allows you to leave the jurisdiction should one or more decisions disgust you, IOW, whilst some compromises have to be made in a democracy, you're free to leave, but most people will stay as it's still the best system, granted we don't have the freedom of movement we might like in the present.

It's like you're protesting over the idea that the speed limit might be 160kph, yet if no limit existed, you might only drive at 175kph anyway, so hardly a great sacrifice, and given that an objectively established limit is designed to keep people travelling and safe, it's a reasonable outcome.

The bulk of your objections are a result of the corrupt manner in which most societies currently operate, but I'm all for major overhaul of Gov policy and taxation, and the most important aspect of them all, an educated citizenry, ie, knowledgeable about philosophy and basic science, not just holding a degree in commerce/business.

I don't know where you get that idea from. Democracy is nothing more than mob rule, which is nothing more than collectivism. And guess which mentality advocates creating a false construct in order to achieve collectivism?

This is a crass but acceptable manner to describe most existing democracies, however, it's inconsistent for an objectively developed democracy to tolerate ignorance on the part of it's citizens.....remember, most schools brazenly ignore or even ridicule philosophy, yet it's the key to true freedom.

So yes, we can certainly describe both USA and AUS as being ruled by ignorant/greedy mobs, but consider a society where people have been dedicating themselves to studying philosophy/science since the age of 6....

I don't believe your anarchy model is the solution, but my Objective model is worthless unless philosophy is taken seriously, as it's a defense mechanism against liars.

That statement says in all.

There is two types of thinking.

The conviction of individual freedom of thought where thought is a very personal matter, one which no one else can have a say in the matter. Being optimist in humanity who believe in the individual to ultimately do what is right.

Then there is the criminally insane that believes in a strong central control (government), that is distrustful to a fault, and does not believe the masses are capable of self-governance.

If one want to live free, they have to allow others to live free.

A statist is only an anarchist in sheep's clothing, because they both want to use force to get their own way.

I don't want to control anyone's freedom to think, moreso their ability to physically interact with others.....and remember, in your model, anyone who uses a car will be judged a criminal......that said, I have no power without the consent of the people, and I advocate a highly educated citizenry.

You're just plain crazy.
